I'm turning 30 in a month and I just started studying to pass the exam to enroll into med school (I'm in Italy), if I don't make it for this year it's gonna be next one. I'm scared, I don't believe I can do this, but somehow I want to know that I will find a way, at least for now. Good luck to all of us 🎉

I'm currently in the hospital recovering from this. And the amount of pain i have been in is so indescribable. I was not in a coma & so far, it seems I only needed 1 debridement. As a lady all I can say is going to the bathroom should not be this challenging. And I also got traumatized by the hospital. When they did my first re-pack after surgery, they forgot to give me any pain meds.

You are a psychotic, murderous lech. "First!, DO NOT HARM!!!" You don't belong in the health care system--at all! The ONLY thing that needs to change is that everyone in the care industry needs to undergo intense mental health evaluations to weed out you narcissists, psychotics and machiavellians to insure you NEVER get near any living thing, including people, that depends on others for care. I pray you get robbed of your human rights and right to life, while your mind can still understand what's happening; according to your own sentence of death you want to give others. How many families have you lied to after putting their loved ones into medically induced comas or given them morphine cocktails, to get your way? How many murders have you committed through your ✌️medical interventions✌️because you deemed a life unworthy???? You may not believe in God but, I promise you, he believes in you and, your going to find your eternity very uncomfortable

I am so sick of younger people assuming that elderly people no longer have anything to contribute to society. I'm 63 and have 2 life-threatening diseases, hereditary chronic pancreatitis and pulmonary fibrosis. Because of this attitude in the healthcare industry, I have no access to my Medicare Part C. It's managed by InterMountain health NOT by the health insurance I chose. Doctors in my area do not want to deal with InterMountain because they refuse referrals and refuse to pay claims. They have the same attitude as you. So, I suffer chronic pain and must triage through ER visits; because I cannot find a primary care Dr who will take me as a patient. I STILL have yet to receive the follow-up appointment to last year's ER visit during which I was diagnosed with pneumonia that required 2 concurrent antibiotics. I had an appointment; but, the day before it I was told by staff not to come in if I was coughing! Um, Pulmonary Clinic!!! Coughing is the symptom they deal with the most. Coughing doesn't automatically mean you're contagious. Despite all of this lack of healthcare and living with my chronic, life-threatening conditions with a poor quality of life, I am still alive and I've published a couple of books, I run a free art therapy platform, am about to publish two more books, and recently became a verified music artist producing my own songs. So, F*CK YOU and your attitude about who's worthy to be alive and who's not.

Thank you so much for asking & it just shows just how kind I’m certain that you are for asking, “what’s up guys”, because it’s been a long hard week already and it’s only Tuesday can you imagine that but since you asked, “what’s up guys” I will certainly tell you that things could be better but then they could be worse also and isn’t that always the case with life ha ha no matter what’s happening it could always be worse and no matter what is happening it could always be better, although there was one time, in fact actually there’s been a few times in my life where when somebody ask me “what’s up” I could actually tell him that things couldn’t be better, “what’s up” is that things are going so well but then I stop and think you know I suppose something else great could happen and things could even be better so to answer your question “what’s up guys”, I’ll begin by saying things are actually looking up kind of like Paul McCartney wrote that “everything is looking better” and then the severely negative John Lennon wrote, “couldn’t get much worse“, which means obviously that Paul McCartney was an optimist and John Lennon was a pessimist and we all certainly all know that therefore if you were to ask them “what’s up guys” considering they are two people which certainly fills out the definition of guys plural, they would say what they said in that song which they wrote many songs in their career but can you believe they only wrote Beatle songs or actually all the Beatles songs they wrote were before they were 30 years old which really is astonishing therefore if you were to ask them “what’s up guys” they would have been all over the road from the beginning to the end of the Beatles career yet you ask me “what’s up guys” and I can tell you that things are looking pretty good, I’ll come back later to finish answering your question but thank you so much for asking that question.

If medical people had any brains, then not only would they let EVERYONE who WANTS to get into medical school & veterinarian school in, but they would FORCE EVERYONE ELSE to attend medical school & veterinarian school, and have science drilled through their skulls day & night. This is the ONLY WAY to FIGHT RAMPANT STUPIDITY & ANTISCIENCE BIGOTRY & HATRED in this world.

With your expertise and influence, seeing this issue being addressed is encouraging. As a channel dedicated to surgical procedures and patient education, we are particularly interested in the evolution of informed consent practices over the past six years. In today's technology-driven world, do you see AI-driven solutions enhancing the informed consent process in ASCs and hospitals? I had my gallbladder removed 4 days ago and the surgeon repaired a hernia on the way out. I’m still feeling EXTREMELY bloated. A few sips of tea or water and abdomen seems to puff up like I’m 8 months pregnant. I’m still getting those pains under the ribs on both sides and near my diaphragm . An ultrasound a week before surgery showed my liver was moderately diffusely increased in size and pancrease was diffusely echogenic. So after all my ramblings, my main question is, are the ultrasound findings why I’m having this pain and bloating still or are the findings due to gallbladder and golf ball sized gall stone? On a side note, I’m a diabetic and I skipped my Ozempic injection on this past Saturday as I thought since the Ozempic slows digestion down, it wouldn’t be a good idea since I’m already feeling so bloated and stuffed.

Cramping and dull aches? Are you taking the p***? It is the worst pain I've ever experienced. The last time I had it, I was rolling around on the floor in agony. My mum called the ambulance because she was so worried. They took so long to get here that by the time they arrived the pain had subsided a bit and I didn't go. I just didn't want to sit in A&E for 5 hours. Probably just to be given those nasty disc shaped paracetamol that get lodged in the throat and then discharged.
